BOOKING AND PAYMENT
At the moment of asking, and in order to proceed with the booking, it’s necessary to pay 35% of the total cost by bank transfer.
The booking is only confirmed after HomeConnect sends the confirmation emai.
The 2nd Payment, is paid at time of check in by cash or with proof of bank transfer made 5 days before the day of check in.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make a change to your booking, it can be made prior to your check-in date.
Depending on the change, we can either modify the existing booking or cancel and re-book it.
Adding extra dates is allowed as long as the house is still free for those dates.
The change will only take place after the difference in the amount of the reservation fee has been paid.
The first reservation change is not subject to administration costs, but subsequent changes are subject to a 25€ fee.
Up to 30 days before arrival date, cancellation is free, and the prepayment will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 3 days.
In case of a no-show or cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the prepayment of 35% of the total amount will not be refunded.
Any booking change or cancellation must be done by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
This is given at the check-in, in cash, and will be returned if there are no extra costs to the stay, due to any minor breakages or damage. It will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days.
